Shop Policies

Thank you for visiting my shop. I welcome custom orders so feel free to contact me with any questions you have.

All of the work in my shop is intended to function as my portfolio, meaning the logos featured in my shop are the property of the businesses for whom I designed them, and therefore will not be resold. They are meant to display my design style and capabilities. When you buy from me, you are buying a custom designed logo.

Please understand that the creative process and custom work takes time and though I will work as quickly as I can to complete your project, my number one priority is to create a high-end, professional brand for you. I ask that you please consider this during the process.

Also, because I receive a high volume of convos and emails on a daily basis, I am not always able to respond immediately. Though I will do my best to respond to you in a timely manner, please don't be discouraged if you do not receive a reply on the same day.

Phone consultations are available for $60/hour and must be scheduled at least two weeks in advance. Thanks!

Please be advised that though I do try to work quickly, if you're in need of a rush job, you may want to consider the quality of work you wish to receive. I'm just as susceptible to stress and pressure as anyone else and although as a designer developing a bit of a thick skin is imperative, I am still a human being with feelings and my work is very important to me. Please be considerate and understand that pressure does not often co-exist with creativity. Also bear in mind that kindness goes a long way, and can earn you freebies. ;)

I do not use clip art or any purchased art in my work. Everything in my shop is entirely created by me.

ShippingYou must request a hard copy of your files if you wish to have them mailed to you. It is much faster and more eco-friendly to provide you with the files electronically.
Refunds and ExchangesIf I have your finished logo and have started to design the other items in your purchase, changing your mind and asking me to start over will count as a new project and will incur additional fees for the time and work involved.

Full payment is due in order to book your slot on my project schedule. Full refunds must be requested prior to receiving initial concepts, and a $15 non-refundable cancelation fee will be charged for the spot that was held for you as well as the time invested in conversations regarding your order.

Requests for partial refunds are to be requested within two (2) days of receiving the first preliminary sketches of your logo ideas, if you feel that the design is not headed in the right direction. There will be an automatic $65 service fee for the time invested into the process on my part.

Furthermore:
If you receive your first round of digital drafts from me and do not feel that the design is headed in the right direction and would like a refund, you must request this within two (2) days of receiving the aforementioned drafts, and your order will be subject to a $90 fee for the amount of time invested into your project at this point.

If the project has moved into the second round of digital drafts and you wish to cancel then, the fee for the work up to that point will be $130.

If the project has moved into the third round of digital drafts and you wish to cancel then, the fee for the work up to that point will be $160.

Any requests for refunds after this time period will be handled on a per-project basis.

There are no refunds on abandoned projects once work has commenced.

If you do not contact me within a month of receiving your first initial sketches and/or digital comps, I will consider the working relationship over, and no refunds will be provided.
Additional Policies and FAQsWhat you'll receive when purchasing any of the listings in my shop:

::: For your logo, you will receive :::
• Five initial logo concepts
• Four rounds of revisions on your chosen concept
• For each additional concept after five, the cost will be $25.
• For each additional round of revisions after four, the cost will be $20.

***Make your revisions count!***

Each revision round can include up to 8 (eight) individual edits. Be sure to consider this when sending your feedback to me after each round of revisions. In order to make the most of your allowed number of revisions, be sure to provide specific feedback and suggestions for changes you’d like for me to make on the next round.

On your other items:
Two initial concepts, and three revisions on the chosen concept.

With any package, you get the files sent to you via email, in any format needed. Also, I do not charge for the master files.

If you are considering placing a rush order, please contact me first as I may not be able to accommodate your time line. Also, please understand that I am working as quickly as I can, even if you don't hear from me right away.

Please be aware that I will work to deliver your items to you in a timely manner, and try my best to meet your ideal time frame, but please keep in mind that the design process is not always cohesive to a time line... sometimes it goes much faster and sometimes it moves at its own pace. My goal is always to deliver quality graphical work to you, not clip-art-esque work that anyone with a computer can do.
